Trading hours - London & Tokyo Stock Exchange?

Question

Can someone tell me what time does the London Stock exchange open? Is it 9:30am (GMT 0:00)?

And the Tokyo Stock exchange, is it also 9:30am (GMT+9:00)?

Trading hours at the London stock exchange are from 8am to 4pm although officially they are open until 4:30pm. Tokyo Stock Exchange works in a different way. Tokyo exchange closes between 11am to 12:30 pm, bascially an hour and half lunch - i wish had a lunch that long. not only the tokyo exchange takes long enough lunch, they close the shop at 3pm. i think i should move to tokyo and live the life. 

London Stock Exchange (LSE): Time zone: WET (UTC+0, DST); Monday to Friday hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Closed Weekends

Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE): Time zone: JST (UTC+9); Monday to Friday hours: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, but closed for lunch from 11:00 am to 12:30pm!
