Trading in the NFL; Not Players

Question

Does anyone think it would be cool if you could trade coaches? Like coordinators and assistant coaches, or even head coaches. Thoughts?

You can. It happened a few years ago. The Raiders traded John Gruden to the Bucs for a first round pick. And of course Gruden's Bucs meet the Raiders in the Superbowl and kicked their butts the following season.
