  3. I LIVED IN JAMAICA FOR 5 YEARS AND I AM MARRIED TO A JAMAICAN MAN AND  A TRADITIONAL  WEEKEND BREAKFAST AND IT IS ALSO THEIR NATIONAL DISH IS ACKEE AND SALTFISH  WITH ROAST BREADFRUIT AND FRIED DUMPLINGS... ITS AWESOME!!!  THEIR TRADITIONAL SUNDAY LUNCH OR DINNER IS ALWAYS RICE AND BEANS COOKED DOWN IN FRESH COCONUT MILK, USUALLY FRIED FISH , CHICKEN,  FRIED,BROWN STEWED OR CURRIED.  USUALLY SERVED UP WITH  RAW VEGETABLES LIKE COLESLAW OR SALAD.  THEN MAYBE  SOME BOILED BREADFRUIT,YAMS,AND DASHEEN  OR SOME SALTFISH AND CALLALOO.   JAMAICAN FOOD ROCKS....ESPECIALLY SPICEY JERK CHICKEN AND HARDO BREAD.
