Traditional stringing?(lacrosse)?

so I've started stringing my sticks and when ever I string traditional the ball is fine untill i throw it. I dont know how to stop this from happening but the ball rolls of and when its just about to roll of it hits the head and goes straight down. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  1. you should tighten the strings and give it a bit more whip, that way the ball will com off the strings


  2. easy fix . traditional pocket . strings have to be 3/4 inch apart . minimum . when severe hook is involved . loosen bottom string . this will stop drop hook . hard to adjust , takes time . not forgiving pocket but when fine tuned . still the best . 3/4 inch apart loose bottom string . you will be back 0n track .
