Traffic at 8 am on 495 between exit 9 and 22?

Question

I have to be at work tomorrow one hour earlier than usually ( t 8am). I have no clue what tarffic is like and I absolutely can't be late, as I'llbe the only one there.

Does anyone know what the ussual traffic is around that time betwwen exit 9 and 2? I know you can't predict tarffic or accidents, but a gneral idea would be great.

495 has exits 9 and 2 all over the place.  Are you talking about the DC area (2 being just north of the bridge) or some other state?
