Traffic laws effecting buses?

ok a bus stopped to let some kids off so i stopped and the car on the other side of the road stopped also..the bus decided to pull into the person drive way to turn around. whos has the right away when he pulls into that driveway with stop sign put away? me and the other car started going on our way and he pulled back out infront of us we didnt hit him but he supposely reported us to his school. so who is legally at fault and what happens?

  2. the bus pulled off the road and came back on . the bus driver is at fault for not making sure the road was clear.

  3. When a school bus retracted the stop arms, it's just another vehicle on the road with no more and no less rights to the road as you, unless there are special local ordinances that says otherwise (and I seriously doubt that).

    If you do get a citation for this, they're supposed to include the relevant section of the law or ordinance on the citation itself. Though I doubt you'll get one.
