Traffic on the 60 east to Riverside?

Question

I will be attending UC Riverside the upcoming fall semester and may need to commute about 62 miles =(

Can anybody tell me how the traffic on the 60 East is to Riverside at various times? I'm also going for some tour thingy this saturday which starts at 9 A.M. Does anybody know how the traffic will be like at about 7?

in the afternoons goin eastbound is pretty busy but in the morning its rather smooth

Traffic going to the 60E is pretty smooth on the weekdays. From the Downtown Market exit, traffic will sometimes build up. So it's best to take local (side-street) and get on University Ave. Good luck, that's a lot of driving!
