  1. Up to 80km/h it's 25EUR

    Travelling more than 80km/h but up to 130 km/h then when the distance is less than....

    -half of your speed (in meters) then  35EUR

    -5/10 of half of your speed: 40EUR and 1 point

    -4/10 of half of your speed: 60 EUR and 2 points

    -3/10 of half of your speed: 100 EUR and  3 points and 1 month driving ban when you were doing 100-130 km/h

    -2/10 of half of your speed: 150 EUR and 4 points and 2 months driving ban when you were doing 100-130 km/h

    -1/10 of half of your speed: 200 EUR and 4 points and 3 months driving ban when you were doing 100-130km/h

    When your speed is more than 130km/h it's like that-->

    distance is less than....

    -5/10 of half of your speed: 60 EUR, 2 points

    -4/10 of half of your speed: 100 EUR, 3 points

    -3/10 of half of your speed: 150 EUR, 4 points, 1 month driving ban

    -2/10 of half of your speed: 200 EUR, 4 points, 2 months driving ban

    -1/10 of half of your speed: 250 EUR, 4 points, 3 months driving ban

    for example:

    When you're driving 150 km/h and your distance is 29m then expect 100 Euro and 3 points.

    150km/h / 2 => 75km/h -> in meters -> 75m

    1/10 of 75m = 7.5m... so your 29m are less than 4/10 of half of your speed and you can see above what will happen.

    Beside this regular fines it can be much more and even a criminal act when you get involved in an accident or urge others because of not having an acceptable distance.
