because if you hadn't noticed you only wear helmets on something without a roof or windows- or even sometimes without a seatbelt. i.e bike motorbike skateboard rollerskates. see what i mean?

It has been proven that if helmets were required by law there would be more accidents due to the restricted and or limited view that the driver would have, "More Blind Spots".......................
