Public Transportation. Which is good because well most Filipinos are poor. Use of clean Fuel technology.

Either way I don't think the Philippine government cares much about its people anyway. All of that cost money which wont ever be spent. I have always said the Philippines reminds me of Mexico a country that will never go anywhere.

The Philippines is a country full of good people i think. Its sad really. Still i enjoy going there when i can.
