I'm driving from Fremont (Mission Blvd) to Stevens Creek using 880 today around 5PM. Will there be traffic? Any alternative route you suggest?

511.org has a new feature called predict-a-trip.

I entered 880 at mission for your origin and cupertino as the destination becuase that's the closest I could get.

It came up with three options and doesn't look like there's going to be too much traffic.

Google also factors in traffic with it driving directions.  You might want to give that a try too.
