The approaches to Meidan El Remaya???

This is a piece of h**l itself.. and if you're unfortunate enough to get trapped there.. then god help you Amigo.. you'll get the same feeling if you are walking barefooted and stepped into something soft and smelly

  1. i agree with you 100%.

it's a circus where many lives are lost and many cars are crashed .

we try to avoid it when we come from the North Coast  .

but sometimes we find difficulty in taking the Mi7war , esp on a Saturday in summer .

i pray for the day we have small helicopters that donr fly too high , but would just fly over roads and buildings to avoid vehicles .

do you think my prayer will be answered ?

  2. when you get in the roundabout it self i feel like i m gambling my life, struggling with my small car between all these trucktors and buses, and all are going diagonals not maintaining their lane. :O(

you just have to say "tashahod" right before going in, and say "al hamdolelah" right after getting out.

the roundabout will be so so much worse when the construction of Grand Egyptian Museums (GEM) starts. and when it is finished. they must do some kind of tunnel-bridge solution

  3. Thanks God am an Alexandrian !

  4. NO there's no place worse than Remaya square !

(other than Faysal street and El-Haram street) !

i think the whole area needs a re-consideration.

when u r coming back from Alexandria, u can enjoy a 2 hours trip on the highway then suddenly you will find urself stuck to reach El-remaya square for another 2 hrs ( 205 kms distance in 2 hours time is logical but 15 kms in 2 hours time is .... ) i'll leave it to ur imagination :-)

  5. Giza Square

  6. amigo, i m telling you, i am not returning to Cairo because i m obsessed with the idea that someday all the cars will be on the streets and no one can return to their homes, it's a nightmare..
