ok if there a roundabout and i yield and the other person does not yield it would be there fault right ?

  3. While your question is a bit vague, when it comes tto roundabouts whomever is in the circle has the right of way.  Anyone trying to get into the circle must yield to those already in.  

  4. You have to yeild to anyone in the roundabout, but if your in the roundabout and they dont yeild to you, the other person is in fault, yes.
