Right..

I'm going into London tomorrow because I'm going to a concert.

I'm unsure on what time the concert finishes, but It should be no later than say 11pm.

Do I have to be back at my local trainstation before 12am on a return to be allowed home because I have a feeling It's going to be after 12am before I get back.

Anyone have any ideas?

  1. Tickets are usually valid until 2am or so but it depends on the train. The National Conditions of Carriage are a fascinating read if you have insomnia, and will explain in full the answer to your question.

But the short answer in most cases is yes, you can catch a train shortly after midnight

Most concerts I've been to in London finish by 11pm because of noise to neighbours etc.
