Train from Jb to Bkk?

Hi,

anyone has any advice on how to purchase tickets for train tickets to travel to bangkok from JB?

Tried to book tickets through the ktmb.com.my website via email, but the reply is slow. Is this normal ? If so, what is the normal time for them to reply? Or is there a faster way for me to do so? like call ??

leaving in less than a week time, would appreciate anyone who can help me on this.

As you've got less than a week to go, I'd just turn up and buy it there - this is what I had to do, though I boarded in Singapore (and paid the silly surcharge for doing so).

Enjoy your trip - it's not fantastic but it's a pleasant way to travel.
