Train from trenton, nj to belmar, nj

hello, me and my friend would like to go on either a train or bus from trenton, new jersey to belmar, new jersey. does anyone know an easy route to get there by train or bus? can someone supply me with a map and more information on how we can do this? thank you

By train you would have to take the NJ Transit from Trenton to Rahway on the NE Corridor Line and then transfer at Rahway to the Coast Line and take it to Belmar.
