Train me 10k run in one month?

I am ruuning 5k every alternate day @30 minutes and I want to go 10k run in 5 weeks. Can anyone train me or suggest websites to get training.

  1. If you are running 5k every other day I have no doubt you can easily handle 10k. If would recomend doing one long run increasing the milage by one mile every week but rest the day before your long run.
