you have two option my dear

first you can catch a train to jolarpet junction which is 40 k.m. from kuppam . you have three direct train to jolarpet junction from new delhi. the trains are as follows.

2626 kerla express this train runs daily dep time 11.30 arrival time 00.40 midnight

6318 himsagar express this train runs on tuesday only dep time 14.50 arrival time 04.50

6688 navyug express this train runs on friday only dep time 14.50  arrival time 04.50

and from jollarpet station you have lot of trains to kuppam which is coming under chennai-banglore train route.

from jollarpet junction it is 1 hour journey to kuppam by train

my suggestion for 2626 kerla express and reach jollarpet at night 00.40 and catch 6519 express which is starting  from jollarpet at 04.30 and reach kuppam at 05.15 . this is the best and shortest route. total journey hours from new delhi to kuppam is 42 hours including the break at jollarpet of 4 hours.

the second option is get down at chittor( arrival time at chittor is 22.15 ) by 2626 express and from there you have lot of bus to kuppam . the bus journey will be of near about 2 hours from chittor. as you  are reaching there at night only  you will have rare bus to kuppam from chittor.

you have buses from tirupattur town which is near to jollarpet railway junction (hardly 3 k.m ) to kuppam but the problem will be the same as you are reaching there at night  you will have to wait there also.

or if  this time are not suitable to you then go to chennai/banglore  and from there you have lot of trains to kuppam all trains from banglore/chennai route stop at kuppam except shatabadi and rajdhani.
