  1. If you mean in NY city, get a subway map, it depends on what part of Queens you're travelling from and what part of Broadway you are going to.

  2. Hello.  If you are coming from northern Queens (Astoria), take the N or W from Astoria-Ditmars Boulevard.  If you are coming from the east part of Queens, take the R, E, V, or F from Continental Drive-71st Street or from 63rd Drive-Rego Park, or anywhere else in between, due to the fact that there are a ton of local stops in between.  The 7 also runs from the east part of Queens, originating at the Flushing-Main Street station, and terminating at the 42nd Street-Times Square Station, right in the middle of Broadway/Times Square.  The R, W, and N will also take you to the Times Square-42nd Street station.  The E will take you to the 42nd Street-8Avenue station, and the F and V will take you to Bryant Park-42nd Street (6th Avenue).  I hope this has been helpful for you.  Good luck with your travels.
