  1. If you live in the UK, J.D sports has really good running shoes in most major brands e.g Nike Adidas if you live in u.s sorry i can't help

  2. nike doesn't make very good, durable trainers from my experience, go to a running specialty store if there is one near you. i would recommend asics, new balance, brooks or mizunos as the best brands of trainers. nike does make very good racing spikes though

  3. Nike Air and are you talking about the shoes?

  4. I wear new balance, they're nice and light, and very supportive.  Specialist running shops can be expensive, but they're great for advising you on your stance, and what would suit you, so you can take that info and buy elsewhere! (Cheeky, but cheaper :))

  5. my running shoes are by asics. I got them at jjb sports.  They are supposed to be the best and they cost 90 pounds but you  can get them in the sale.  I have had them a while and they are very good. My running friends tell me they are the best running shoes.
