Trainers/running shoes for sprinting on Astroturf/astro turf ?

Could someone tell me if it would be better to use running shoes or astroturf football trainers for sprinting on astro turf?

If you could can you tell me any specific shoes/rainers that are good? (I'm 13 years old)

Running shoes, hands down, as long as you aren't doing down & backs or any lateral (side-to-side) movements.  Running shoes will offer more impact protection than any other shoe.

You really should be fitted for running shoes by a running shoe specialist (at a running specialty store). http://www.markrunning.com/shoes/ is a good place to learn about running shoes.
