When applying for a training contract, do the employers or the people who are looking at your cv that you handed look at which university you went to? I am planning to study law at queen mary university, and was wondering if where you study can determine weather you get a training contract quicker or not...

thanks in advance. =D

  1. It very much depends on what area of law you wish to study and specialise in. Queen Mary has a good reputation anyway so I would not worry too much. Just be very sure about your career choice and be prepared to work hard - there is a lot of competition for training contracts. Many people try and get unpaid work experience during vacations in the meantime.

    Good luck
