  1. dont gv up! it is juz the matter of time! like me for example, i tried to learn to do the backward bend like the matrix or like the female wrestler, trish stratus! i learnt for 2 months then i did it! i could bend faster n accurately! so keep on trying, ok?

  2. i do the splits to see how far i can go and the space left i stack pillow and i just sit there doing the splits while watching TV about 15 minutes and when i get up I'm closer to the ground Ive got the splits in a day doing that but its still going to hurt when you get all the way to the ground you got to keep stretching until you get comfortable good look its hard work :)

  3. Okay, when you stretched at night, you were most likely limber and stretched out from moving around all day.  In other words, you were warmed up.  This morning, you have not been awake for very long and have not been stretching and warming up enough.  Also, your muscles/ligaments may be sore or tight from your fast progress in stretching.

The key is to simply relax!  If you panic, then yes, you will tense up and will not be as flexible as you really are.  Before stretching, always warm up.  Start out with small stretches, and gradually increase them.  Stretch everything!  Jog in place!  Get loose and limber!  Also, please remember that everyone has their flexible days and stiff days.  Don't worry, and keep trying!

    Good luck!

  4. stretch before doing your slipts. I mean stretch, A LOT.
