  1. just run for long distances everyday. also work in some stairs or bleachers

  2. if you are bad at long runs simple do long runs

a long run is not 1 or 2 miles but more like 4 or 5 +

my advice would be to join cross country this fall and that will definitely give you the aerobic training you need

  3. It really depends on what you are running: sprints or long distance.  Long distance, I'd run more than 1 or 2 miles a day.  train for a marathon.

If sprints, I'd work strengthening my legs.  You'll want to use heavier weights and less reps.  this builds maximum strength, but be careful not to hurt yourself.

  4. yeah running per day is important! improving your overall strength is also! my trainer for track makes me do lots n lots of cardio work!

  5. That was the most effective method for me. Running long distances over and over trains your muscles and mind. Running becomes relaxing after a short while of doing it. I hated running until I ran cross country in high school. All of a sudden it was a great release and I got pretty good at it

  6. i like turtles..
