  1. jog a mile, sprint a mile, for 6 miles a day increase the miles the more fit you are

do 3x 20 min sets of heavy bag techniques daily

do as many push ups you can do, chin ups, and hanging leg raises you can do until your tired, take a 90 second break between each set and then repeat as many times as you can daily

shadow box for 1-2 hours per day, and always be thinking about shadow boxing through out the entire day

optionally use light weights for slower punching and kicking in shadow boxing

swim for as long as you can until your tired, aim for going from one side of a lake to the other, or just a ton of laps at a pool. 3-5x daily

hang your head over the edge of your bed and do head raises to work out your neck. cover all angles.. forwards, leftside, rightside, backwards.. until your tired, 1x daily

skip rope for 1 hour per day, take a few breaks in between

    stretch 1 hour per day

lol good luck getting in good shape in 1 week, these are just some basic ways anyone can get in shape with but training schedules like this should be done on a regular basis if you are a martial artist. everything you have been taught should be cycled through your training schedule yet still do the running and swimming etc.

  2. xoenhit has a specific routine that has you working out 9 hours a day.

    Hahahahaha!

Just find a buddy and spar with him.  Put on some protective gear and beat each other up.  You only have a week to practice.  Practice what you plan on doing in this fight.

I think it's stupid to fight for no reason, but whatever.  Have fun!

  3. i am a 4th degree black belt and trust me if you use techniques instead of punches and trying to beat him up u will win and try to stay calm not mad   learn technigues

  4. Stand facing front.  Now face to the side.  Now face the other side.

Good, that's the exercise you'll need when you get arrested and they need to do your mug shot.

Do you really want to know what exercises you'll need for the time your going to spend in jail?

  5. train on a heavy bag and work on your combinations....then move to a speed bag and work on your speed..then switch back over to a heavy bag...do this everyday....

  6. Heres some advice

Instead of fighting and asking stupid questions, why don't you go to school and learn proper english
