I have this training schedule that I have been following in order to prepare for volleyball tryouts in the fall. It has me doing stuff on the track - sprinting various distances at various times. I will be going away for 1 week and will not have access to a track. I figured that I would just run at least 2 or 3 miles and do some sprinting, but I'm afraid that I will loose what I have already accomplished in training. Will running 2 or 3 miles every other day keep me from falling behind in my training?
