Hi

Can someone give a good training rotine for 800m race for 3 months?

  1. practice running your 800 every day and you can even throw in routines like doing 2 sets of ten 50 meters and stuff like that, its fairly easy


  2. 1st month: run sets of short distances, and 800 m runs, working on speed.

    2nd month: run a mile or so, work on endurance

    3rd month: work on both.
