i want to do parkour/freerunning but dont no how to start i dont have a clue how to train for it

  1. Invest in some knee pads and elbow pads to start with because its going to sting otherwise.


  2. run run run. run alone, run hard,  run an hour in the morning and an hour at night...... never stop when u feel tired or week, just say to yourself if u want this u wont stop.. it keeps me going
