  1. you will need a good basic education with passes in maths and English then you will need to go to college. There are lots of different course available to you. You may like to do like i have and do a general childcare & education course which will give you a good knowledge and understanding about all aspects of childcare & development and will give you the chance to work with children on placements that are part of the course. You can then go on to specialise in your chosen field.

Where you live will determine the exact route you take. If you are in the you you could ask your local connextions centre to adive or try learn direct.

  2. you must love childrens and i think you need to have some knowledge on child psychology.you must know what is  autism and asperger syndrome and you must learn something from senior teachers

  3. Hiya, I am training to become a primary school teacher in September.  Also, my good friend is a nursery teacher.

You need Maths and Science GCSE at grade C or above.

A University Degree (preferably in a National Curriculum subject).

    Then you can either do:

A PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) at University!

Or a GTP (Graduate Teacher Programme) based in a school!

Please ignore the answer above mine, it is common basic knowledge that you must be university educated to become a teacher...not college qualifications. lol.

  4. To becpme a proper qualified teacher in a school you will have to go to universaty hun. However if you want to work in a nursery or become a classroom assistant etc you need to look into going to college to gain a CACHE childrens learning , care and development , i have just gained level 3 and it is well worth doing !!
