  1. http://www.comuni-italiani.it/054/052/

look under utili link and email their town hall and ask them

  2. If I re-call, there is no train station in Todi.

You can take the train from Rome to Orvieto (several run all day long) and then hop on a bus to Todi.

Then again, I wanted to catch a train from Perugia to Todi.

I think you CAN get one out of Roma.

  3. Train travel in Italy is so easy. I lived in Rome for a year and was a regular train traveller. All timetables are at

    http://www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html

Just type in Rome and Todi and the date and the various trains will come up. It takes about 2 hours to get there.

    - Just to reply to others who have answered, there definitely is a train station there and I have done the trip from Rome. You change trains in Terni.
