Traits that will survive in global warming?

Genetic diversity increases the chances a population will survive. But in our modern, global warming induced environment, what are some specific traits that helps plants/animals survive? Like, out of animals that move to the arctic, lighter colored ones will do better because they camouflage

Man made global warming is not happening, if gw is happening it is a slow natural cycle. Animals and man will have plenty of time to adjust to the changing environment.

Animals that can eat anything and outrun hurricanes should do well.  Other than that I cast my vote for simple fungi and green single celled organisms which can form the basis of a symbiotic ecosystem.

there are many ways to help global warming. one of the ways is to launch giant mirrors into our solar system so that it reflects the suns beam towards somewhere else so that the earth can cool down.
