Trampoline flips???

I can do a frontflip and land it almost every time but i cant do a backflip. Which ones easyer, and are there any tips for backflips or frontflilps??

  1. Backflips are actually easier because you can See your landing.  However, the brain is not so happy about doing the back somersault and tends to get scared!

    You need a gym mat on the trampoline and you need to practise getting the right hip movement.  The hips should go Up and Forward - you can practise by doing high back drops onto the mat and really lifting the hips.  If you lift the hip and suddenly tuck hard at the top of the jump, you will somersault.

  2. Front flips are easier in my opinion but once you do the back flip it will be just as easy PLEASE have a spotter while learning this. Its summer you can also practice off a diving board till you get it down just watch your head
