if the goverment say that we can not do these things anymore because it is bad for our health.and it will raise the cost of health care. then will the ban g*y male s*x. . normal s*x between a man and a woman is knownen not to cause aids.cost the goverment more than triple than cancer and diabetes. should g*y men pay more for insurance like smokers do

AIDS is transmitted through heterosexual s*x as well, along with a whole slew of sexually transmitted diseases.

Furthermore, selling foods with trans fat and smoking around other people are not victimless crimes -- they hurt others.

Perhaps we should ban s*x entirely? Then no one would ever get sick.

Firstly the  statement 'normal s*x between a man a woman is known not to cause Aids' is completely wrong. As everyone knows it is possible to contract aids through hetrosexual intercourse.

Banning g*y s*x is not going to prevent it. Homosexual acts were once criminal offences and outlawed but this did not prevent men from engaging in it. If it failed then how is it going to succeed in the modern age?
