Transcend pen drive problem. On one of our laptops we are trying to connect a Transcend 2gb Pen

On one of our laptops we are trying to connect a Transcend 2gb Pen drive. The laptop runs Windows Vista Business. Its asking for the driver but as per Transcend no driver is required for Vista. Same pen drive works on other PCs which have Vista installed. Please suggest a solution.
