Transcendent Innovations, Inc. -- Is it legit?

I was looking around, and noticed this site, offering some free stuff. But, all of these d**n "Get a free blank!" are usually fake... this one looks pretty real though, is it? I mean, if it's real, I'd happily sign up, but if it's fake I ain't gonna waste my time trying to get something.

It's probably legitimate, but it's no better than Gratis or any other referral marketing company.
