Transcript/translation of Veda?

Is there a site from where I can download the english or Hindi translation of Veda (Any one of them)

Has anyone read them before? Which one I should start with?

Any advise will be helpful.

I guess first read a small Hindi book on Vedas By Akhilesh Jha called "Ved gatha". Its a good read.
