Transexuls on hormone replacment theropy face change?????

I was wondering how much does a Male to Female transexuals face changes when on hormones and what are effects?

My friend been using estrogen and anti testosterone meds for a few months. He claims he has some side effects at first such as skin irritation, mood swings, HUGE HUNGER ( as he put it... well she now I suppose*  As far as his face, he says, his skin is smoother, cheek bones more *rounded*.

I really don't know but I would assume that your face would pretty much stay the same because the hormones don't change your skeletal structure.  You might have external changes to the skin and hair.
