Arsenal are willing to spend around twenty million on German wonder player, Mesut Ozil. Arsene Wenger has repeatedly admitted to admiring the players work on the pitch and has now decided that he has seen enough and would like the player to join Arsenal. The deal might be easy to complete since Ozil only has a year left on his current contract with Werder Bremen, so the club will be looking to cash in on the player. Munich were initially willing to let the striker go for free, but considering the form he has been in at the World Cup, Europe’s elite will come around sniffing for him. Bayern may also be tempted to get some money out of the ageing striker as well now.

Roy Hodgson is willing to spend as much as thirteen million of his fifteen million transfer budget on Costa Rican forward, Byarn Ruiz. Ruiz is currently playing at FC Twente in Holland. Ruiz has scored twenty four goals in his last season for the team, Liverpool have already had a bid of around ten million pounds rejected by Twente but expect it to go through now with the increased price they are willing to pay.
Barcelona are reported to be lining up a surprise bid for Manchester United left back, Patrice Evra. The Catalan giants, have identified that position to be the weakest link in their squad and are looking to fill it with arguably the best left back in the world at the moment. Evra who is also the French team captain has had a disappointing World Cup following the French controversies but will be looking to silence his critiques in the coming season. Whether Manchester United let one of their prized assets leave will be interesting to watch in the coming weeks.
