The Manchester City striker could be heading for a January exit after launching a tribunal over his fine with the club.
While http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937 might have hit the last nail in his coffin on his own.
Increasingly alienated from the squad, the Italian did not feature against Newcastle United and was left at home to drown his sorrows. And even during the outing against Manchester United, he looked tepid and devoid of ideas before being withdrawn for the
lively Tevez in the 50th minute.
At the moment, Mancini has Edin Dzeko, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez to rely on for his attacking options. The trio have displayed consistent form throughout the season and even without the mercurial abilities of Balotelli, the Italian tactician can choose
to continue playing like this and still get away.
While his troubled forward has talent and lots of it, his antics have threatened to destroy a career that is yet to fully take off. So it all comes to down where Mancini draws the line.
He has risked his own neck to ensure Mario’s survival, but the player continues to frustrate and disappoint in nearly all aspects of his game.
Now it seems that after dropping his performance levels in training, he has entered into a tribunal over a £340,000 fine by the Citizens for his poor disciplinary actions on the pitch.
Although the player is confident of winning the case, just the thought will have distanced him from the club and reports are now emerging that both parties could be heading to an unceremonious end in the upcoming January transfer window.
While there are only a handful of clubs who could afford the player’s expensive wages, even fewer will be willing to take risk, such has been his attitude on the field.
AC Milan are thought to be candidate as Balotelli disgusted his own fans after wearing a Rossoneri jersey during his time at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan, which eventually led to his departure from San Siro in 2010.
Paris Saint-Germain could also be interested with their billions and manager Carlo Ancelotti would love to partner him alongside Zlatan Ibrahimović, who himself has a similar reputation.
While it remains to  be seen where the Italian International eventually goes, the crux of the matter is that City have grown tired of his jokes and pranks, with Mancini visibly pained after being questioned by the media on his protégé.
“At this moment Mario is not in good form and for this reason he is at home. It is only for this reason. To get back into the team he needs to work in training and when he plays. He needs to play well.”
“I’m used to talking about Mario every day. I have to talk about him every day and I am not frustrated about that. But I am frustrated in that I would like Mario to play well because he has great quality. He still has a big part to play this season — absolutely
because he is a good player and a huge talent with good quality and a good technique.”
“But it is important that he puts all these things on the pitch,” added the former Inter boss.
