Transfer from Indian Engineering college to US university for undergraduate program?

i wanted to know that if i am studying in the Second year of engineering & if i want a transfer to a university in the US is it possible & which exams do i have to appear for & can i get 100% scholarship

It is absolutely not possible. As your credits will not be  transfered to your new program you will end up doing all the courses
