  1. moment_inertia x"(t) + viscous_friction x'(t) + inductance x'(t)= torque(t)

    T(s)/RPM(s) = MI s^2 + (VF + L) s

    .

    All values must be in p.u. (per unit).

    MI = moment _inertia/nameplate power

    VI = viscous friction time constant, i.e, time it takes the motor (and load) to drop 62.3% of full speed.

    L = motor inductance time constant, time it takes the current to reach 62.3% of full load.
