Transfer movie onto ipod?

ok, so i downloaded a movie from limewire- it's already in mp4 format

and i was wondering how to get the file onto my itunes and then onto my ipod

how do i look for the file? how do i put it onto my ipod? help!

go to file then import.

look in your lime wire files and click on the movie.

once it imports onto iTunes you cant download it to your iPod.
