(Transfer of custody) What does that mean in a inmate term. The guys name is anthony jon kennedy and if on google and put in king county jail register you can find him THAKS

I did not look at google, but that phrase means that the inmate is a ward of a certain facility and has been transferred to a different facility. It may also mean (depending on agency) that the inmate has additional charges for another county or state other than the one they were arrested. The arresting agency is finished with the inmate, so the are releasing the inmate to another agency.
