hi,i recently bought a china made mobile.However i am not able to transfer data(photos,videos) to my computer.When i connect it using data cable error message stating "your new hardware device may not work properly" comes on the screen.My handset did not contain instruction manual or CD.What do i do?PLS help.phone has a memory card
