Transfer songs from iTunes to Windows Media Player?

Question

My friend gave me his Sansa MP3 so that I could put some music on it for him, but all of my songs are in iTunes, and Sansa uses Windows Media Player. I do have WMP, but it has barely any songs in it since I use iTunes as my default music library. How do I transfer my iTunes library music in my Windows Media Player library?
