Transfer songs from iTunes to mp3 player - can't find files!?

Question

I use limewire, and usually I use WMP as my player, but i decided to switch to iTunes (don't ask why). So i opened my "Explore" folder on limewire, and dragged and dropped those music files into iTunes.

So i fixed up the songs, spent a lot of time to add album art, etc. and i was ready to transfer the songs to my mp3 player...but i can't find them! They arent in my iTunes folder, and i found i can't drag and drop from iTunes...(you cant, right?)

So...how do i get the files from iTunes onto my mp3? is it possible? are you just not supposed to drag and drop into iTunes?

Either the files are still in your limewire download folder - C:\Users\<username>\Documents\LimeWire\S...

Or they are in the itunes folder - C:\Users\<username>\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music
