Transfer songs from ipod to itunes?

Question

I had to delete all the files off my pc because of like a virus or something so i have no music files on my pc except for the music on my iphone so i was wondering how to transfer the songs on my ipod to itunes so they can be on my computer.

hmmm.. . well (and i could be wrong i am 12 [but a nerd]) i think it is possibe to get the songs on a disk and put it on itunes
