Transfer to penn state in 1year is it possible?

My GF want to come Penn State. but is it possible she can come in one year from SUNY??

Apply soon and ask for application papers and in the return correspondence, depending on the sway given for good grades, go for your standard freshman courses. Save any special request when some leverage presents itself.  If you later are obliged to make impatient call for updates.  that won't hurt you -- it's expected,  Just assure you are posting the proper papers with the proper information.. .. good luck.
