  1. Even if you get an NOC from your employer, you have to pay the fine at the Ministry of Labour.

To transfer your Visa and Labour you have to pay a fine (to lift the ban 6 months normal-after changing a present employer), and is AED 3000.00

Once, if you are not completed 1 year with yor present employer you have to pay AED 500 per month to complete an year, I mean, in your case, you need 5 more months to complete an year, so you have to pay AED 500X5 = AED 2500.

So you have to pay a total of AED3000+AED2500 = AED5500, for changing your visa at present.

Hope this will help you a litle, for any further enquiry you may able to contact with Ministry of Labour (Toll Free Number- 800665-from UAE), or their website http://www.mol.gov.ae/index.php?lang=en

    Thx

  2. Dear, I was reading your question a couple times and I still do not know if I got it right. From what I understand: you came to Al Ain to work 7 months ago but now you are not working. Is that right?

If I got you right, you are employed right now, but your present company would provide you a NOC in case you find a new job, right?

Well, in this case you will not receive a ban, but you have to pay the fees for not completing one year of service. The fees are Dhs 500 the month. Means: if you stop working after 7 months, you have to pay for the outstanding 5 months Dhs 500 monthly = Dhs 2.500. All fees visa related have to be paid by the sponsor. When a visa gets transferred the new sponsor has to pay.

I take it for granted you are talking about an unlimited contract.

Hope this helped. If there was a misunderstanding, sorry.

    Take care.
