im going to be transfering to new university next winter, and the problem is that universities usually ask for sealed highschool transcripts. i went to two different highschools one in canada and the other in another country. does that mean that now i have to ask both higschools to send me sealed documents or should i just use the old ones i have and get my university to include them with my transcripts sealed?

  1. Pandora,

Use the transcript of the high school you actually graduated from. Have a great day!

  2. No need to panic.

Have your high schools send the transcripts to the college you're applying to - they do it all the time.  It might be a nice touch to send them an envelope with the address and appropriate postage on it.  You don't want them to send it to you - that's part of the point of having them sealed.  Your current college will also need to send a transcript to your new college.

  3. they are going to want original, unopened, sealed transcripts

  4. You have to have the ACT or SAT, whichever one you took, sealed and sent directly to the university. You can do it on the ACT or SAT website.  Basically, if anyone else touches that folder, they won't accept it... I had problems with that too.
